Abstract

Discussing the concept of tyranny, we bring up the issue of democracy and legality, as an argumentative tool for exposing the contradictions of the new mexican State and the correlation of forces that is noticeable in this formation. Secondly, a comparison is made between constitutional articles before and after the constitutional reform in order to expose how the institutionalization and the correlation of forces presented, in this same paper, are embodied in the document. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a strong relationship between the formation of the new state and the need to curb the potential advance of the popular armies. This process, despite the reforms, results in an anti-popular institutionalization.
