Publication of ReDiS Volume 3, Issue 2 – Dossier: Territorialities and Socio-Environmental Conflicts

2025-12-28

The dossier was organized with the aim of gathering theoretical and empirical reflections that address the production and reproduction of socio-environmental conflicts from interdisciplinary perspectives, emphasizing analyses that take into account diverse ways of life, collective memories, ancestry, and the structural inequalities present in disputes over territory and natural resources in contemporary Brazil.

ReDiS reaffirms its commitment to disseminating critical and rigorous research in Socio-Environmental Law, strengthening dialogue among legal, social, and environmental fields, and promoting open access to high-quality scientific knowledge.

We invite the entire academic community—researchers, faculty members, students, and other interested readers—to consult this complete issue on the OJS platform and to share its intellectual contributions. We also reiterate the invitation to submit articles to future issues of ReDiS, especially for upcoming thematic calls and continuous-flow publications, in accordance with the editorial guidelines available on the platform.

The editorial team wishes everyone a Happy New Year, marked by scientific achievements, advances in socio-environmental legal research, and consistent contributions to the strengthening of critical thought in Brazil.
