ANÁLISE DAS CONDIÇÕES FÍSICO-MENTAIS DE FUNCIONÁRIOS DO SETOR DE PEDIATRIA DO HOSPITAL DAS CLÍNICAS DE GOIÂNIA

Abstract

Burnout refers to a phenomenon of wear out, clearly seen in professionals who continuously attend to or care for people. The aim of this study was to verify the prevalence of burnout among nurse assistants of the Clinical Hospital of Goiania, to guide a Labor Kinesiotherapy Program at that institution. Data were obtained by means of a sociodemographic questionnaire and the Maslach Burnout Inventory. The sample was made by 26 subjects, aged 20-56 years old. Results have showed stress compatible to burnout. By means of that, it will be stipulated goals and objectives to the Labor Kinesiotherapy Program in that Clinical Hospital.
