Atâtôt – Interdisciplinary Journal of Human Rights of UEG brings together, in this edition, articles that promote a critical and interdisciplinary analysis of key issues in the field of human rights, addressing discussions on advocacy and its institutional characteristics, political and discursive disputes surrounding territorial sovereignty and the acquisition of land by foreign capital, cooperation and conflict in combating transnational drug trafficking, violence against women and the challenges of enforcing existing regulations in public security practices, with an emphasis on the condition of migrant women, as well as cultural reflections that articulate art, memory, and resistance. By bringing together diverse theoretical and methodological perspectives, the contributions strengthen academic debate on democracy, justice, public security, and fundamental rights in both Brazilian and international contexts.
