ReDiS - Journal of Social and Environmental Law (UEG) is an academic publication started in 2022, linked to the UEG Law School, South Campus. In order to be an instrument for spreading academic community's research activities, it will provide free access, blind peer review, biannual periodicity and thematic dossiers (between one or two per year), publishing articles, reviews, translations and interviews that deal with socio-environmental law in a critical perspective.
This is an open access journal, which means that all content is freely available at no cost to the user or their institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access. Articles are licensed under a CC BY 4.0 license.
