This article horizontally investigate the exponents outside accumulation by dispossession, a category constructed from historical-geographic materialism, to analyze how land concentration is directly related to the various forms of violence suffered by subjects in this context. It investigates the relationship between land privatized by enclosures, evaluated from the perspective of its origins in original accumulation, using the terminological variable as an explanation for the violence that marks rural conflicts and the conditions of confrontation, through a historical-dialectical materialist perspective. A comparative investigation between material property, colonial policy, and class struggle in the countryside. To this end, it starts from the assimilation of private land ownership as one of the mainstays of violence in the countryside, having as its origin the process of colonization of the territory and is carried out by critically analyzing the possible ways of confronting it through an organization within and outside institutional structures. ; It is, therefore, an theoretical research, carried out mainly through a literature review and document consultation, whose results are the object of qualitative analysis.
