Abstract

As a result of the dialogue between an ogã of candomblé from the Ketu nation, a spiritual entity received in a mediumistic trance by an umbanda believer and a terecô practitioner who also is a researcher, this text focuses on the different Afro-Brazilian religions present in Boa Vista, capital of Roraima. An overview of the different Afro-Brazilian religious trends in Boa Vista is presented, focusing on the circulation of spiritual entities in some rituals. As a specific case, the enchanted ones of the Légua family are presented by the enchanted one himself as an example of the dynamics observed in the consolidation of the Afro-Brazilian religious field in Roraima. Finally, some research fronts are named with terecô as a starting point.
