The objective of this work is to verify the effect of using different packages and temperatures on the storage of radish roots fertilized with cow urine in the pre-harvest. A completely randomized design was adopted in a triple factorial scheme 3x3x6 and three replications. The treatments consist of two types of packaging (expanded polystyrene tray + polyvinyl chloride and polypropylene pot) and the control (without packaging), three storage temperatures (5, 11 and 25ºC) and six analysis times (0, 6 , 12, 18, 24 and 30 days), stored in B.O.D. at 80±2% RH. Polypropylene and expanded polystyrene packaging, associated with temperatures of 5 and 11ºC, were effective in maintaining soluble solids, titratable acidity, pH, firmness, brightness, chroma and hue. The biofertilizer may have contributed to the maintenance of firmness, but it is inferred that the biofertilizer reduced the initial levels of soluble solids and increased the acidity in the radishes.
